Glenn Ferris opens up the Soul Beautiful with new vinyl-exclusive album

The new album from The Glenn Ferris Italian Quintet

Glenn Ferris – artistic chameleon, a major figure on the contemporary Jazz Scene, high priest of “Trombone Attitude”, eclectic and banter – releases the new album ‘Soul Beautiful’ with his Italian Quintet.

It starts with an invitation. The clarinet croons a welcome, the percussion extends an eager hand, the band plays host to a soft but ecstatic embrace, whispering a promise of spontaneous connection and new friends.

From the second the door opens, “Soul Beautiful” beckons you into the fold, regardless of where you’re coming from, how circuitous the journey might seem, what wounds you have left to lick, or how wild the road has been.
